Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Participating actively in coaching sessions
Implementing recommended strategies and action plans
Making their own personal, professional, financial, legal, and business decisions

Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment.

Growth Oasis Hub provides coaching, mentorship, and educational guidance only.

VA Claim Support Disclaimer

Growth Oasis Hub may provide educational guidance, resources, referrals, accountability support, and information regarding the VA claims process.

We are not attorneys, accredited claims agents, or representatives of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

We do not guarantee claim approvals, disability ratings, appeal outcomes, or benefit determinations.

Clients are encouraged to consult accredited Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs), attorneys, or authorized representatives for official claim assistance.

Payments

Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase or enrollment.

By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected program, coaching package, or subscription.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Subscription Services

Certain programs, including accountability coaching memberships, may operate on a recurring monthly billing basis.

Unless otherwise stated:

Subscription fees are billed automatically
Clients may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation policy
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Growth Oasis Hub reserves the right to treat missed appointments or late cancellations as completed sessions.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified in writing.

Any exceptions will be determined at the sole discretion of Growth Oasis Hub.

All content provided through Growth Oasis Hub, including but not limited to:

Frameworks
Training materials
Worksheets
Assessments
Coaching resources
Website content
Logos and branding

remains the property of Growth Oasis Hub and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

Confidentiality

Growth Oasis Hub respects client confidentiality and will take reasonable steps to protect information shared during coaching engagements.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in circumstances required by law or where disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights or safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Oasis Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, content, or coaching programs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
